Why wont it Bud

This is my first sucessful grow in hydroponics, i have a drip system using fox farm nutrients and a 400 w hps on this one plant, judging by its size i feel as if i have done a good job with this one, but i switched from the grow big nutrients to the tiger bloom 2 weeks ago and set the light to 12/12 and now it is two weeks later and see no hairs the pictures i have of the close up of the stem might be a resin sack not sure thought please take a look at it for me also this is a fairly sizable plant and crop size estimates are always welcome thanks alot everyone.

Patience, Grasshopper. Give it another week or two. How tall is it, and what strain? Looks stretched.

Males Flower usually within the first 7-14 days.

Females Flower usually within the 10-24 day mark.

Count your blessings, this could be a girl.
