Why is this happening?

Alright, so I pretty much messed up with adding way too much potassium the last two waterings. Flushed and watered with phed water. Now my buds started to grow these large round leaves.

Anyone know who what why where?

Strain is nirvana WW clone, 4 plants in a 60x60cm closet. Vented with pc fans and an industrial filter. 250w hps 12/12, watering with 12/6/24 (greenhouse powder feed) and calmag once a week, and phed water about 2 times depending on how dry. Temps are 22-29 (night time cool) and humidity is around 40%. They are in their 6th week of flowering and i am fully aware I screwed up. Just trying to make it across the finish line now.

Ya I have seen those on a reveg not ur issue though unless u got a light leak but also at the top of a cola on a bag seed I grew a few grows ago but it wasn't till my h closer to harvest like the very top of cola but it looks as though they still got some time may b a stress issue still working itself out till fully recovered from the over feed good luck sorting out

You have some major nute problems. I suspect that where the new growth is coming out is. damaged and causing it. Once it get past that area it will be normal again. Fix the nute burn

Nute problem is fixed, so im really just waiting for the trichlomes to start going milkywhite and amber now. Really interesting "problem" though. On a sidenote the buds are really swelling up now so this should be good :)

Ya it's trying to reveg. Or go hermie, whatever you wanna call it. Happens when a plant sees too much stress. I.e. Light leaks, bad nutes, too much wind, etc

You are severely Potassium deficient....you are supposed to add high amounts of K during this stage. My guess is you flushed out all your K when she really needed it. This stress and N/K imbalance could have initiated a reveg. 12/6/24 is not a good ratio for this period of flower, especially because you will increase the N by a couple points with the CaMg.

What ratios am I suppose to use? And the "problem" came 1-2 weeks after i added extra potassium. The ph is spot on 6,5 in soil and i water with 6,4-6,7. It is definetly a nute imbalance, but I doubt its a K def.

What Ive read so far it seems like it started as iron lockout due to too much K. Problem escalated and I flushed them. Weirs growth started before I flushed, but expanded a lot after.

Also some guy mentioned low humidity. They are flowering, not vegging. Any higher and i gotta speed up my fans to avoid mold.

Could heavy buds that bend the branches cause stress like this or is that just wishful thinking?

Happen to me once..it went Hermie.
New bud growth now looks normal again. The leaves that popped put stayed and are now packed with trichlomes :)

Also, no sign of hermie. Just very much nuteburned leaves. I can only speculate in why, but i know i overfed a lot with seperate K-add.

Its a major ph issue giving you trace element def.
I have to disagree. Its clear it tried to re-veg, reason being stress. Most likely caused by my overfeeding of Potassium (i added extra cause a friend suggested, baaaaad idea).

The PH has always been 6,4-6,6 in water and stable 6,5 in the soil (digital ph meter for both).

All in all, they are looking bettet than before, and most buds are about 30% amber hairs now. The revegged part is producing snow and it seems the leaf growth stopped so thats good.

My main problem is nutes, so thats what i have to work on. Meanwhile, my next grow looks worse than anything. Made a new post about that.

These ladies will be harvested in a week so, i will reach the finishline :)
