Why is my plant rusting?

This seedling is about 15 days old. I have had issues with this seedling from day one. Every time a new fan leaf grows it takes on a rust color on the older fan leaves. I did start this seed in FFOF. Is this soil too hot for seedlings? Ever time the leaves change this color they dry up and basically die then then get cut off. There is no bugs...I have checked with a scope. Please give me an understanding of what this may be. I have real seeds I have purchased and I don't want to plant them till I figure out what is going on. Thanks in advance for any input.

Do you have a fan close to the leaves? If so, is the rusting only around that area?

Do you spray with the lights on?

Lights too close with low temps?

PHlevel?

what I would do if you think soil is the issue and couldn't not hurt; repot. I'd use a tomato mix or soiless mix. From experience that works wonders!

Things to check before going to a deficiency and trying to fix something you don't have.

Check the under leaves for thrips or with a magnifying glass for mites?

Damn guys thanks for the support!
I have never sprayed this plant, it seems as if after the leaves get bigger or older they do this. The fans are not directly blowing on them. I water till about 10-20% runoff. The water runoff is around ph6.5. Temps in the tent stay around 74 degrees. I am using 2 300 watt Viparspectra Led's at about a 20" distance from the canopy. The other 2 plants did this too at a early age??? They are very nice looking now in my noob opinion.

I'd re pot then, your environmental seems fine and the older ones look great!

Any other advice from other growers?

I'm going to come back with a solution if I can lol imma try

Are you waiting until the pot feel light to pick up, to water? I'd try that too!

Also Im not sure an exceptionally hot batch of ffof wasn't released.
NOT saying it happened but I have seen a rash of recent ffof burn incidents in situations you wouldn't usually. Meaning well established clones.

The problem seems to be confined in the lower leaves (as far as I can tell). If so, its an indication of mobile element. Pretty big plant for 15 days, my vote is in phosphorus deficiency.

I'll second that vote. feed it and get some microbes in there working for you.

Bam bet thats it. Are you using city water? If so killed the microbes and the plant is starving. If thats the case a good microbe inoculate and maby a folliar feed of something like Foilage Pro to give the microbes time to do there job
