the middle part of the stem where the first set of leaves are to the second set of leaves is turning brown and skinny but above the second set the stem is thick bright headie green and also the final set of leaves are turns a little brown on the top and heres the pic

Sort of. I'm guessing it's damping off, which is a improper watering result. You can google it if you're serious.

Hey I guessin its water problem too but have eather of you ever seen your leaves get these whiteish spots with tiny black specs all around them but dont wash off like spider mites?? and there are some tiny white things walking EVERYWHERE on the leaves but dontseem to be biteing through it cause none of the spotsare holes??

Pimp your plants look kind of stretched, how close are the lights?

Dr. Green,
are the white things aphids? Try a mix of 2 drops of dish soap to a gallon of water. Put some in a misting bottle ans spray the leaves, completely saturated them. Pour the rest of the mixture through the soil.

That should kill off the bugs.

lights are a good 4-6in away i didnt have a good set up cause its in my dresser and there not HPS lights just reptile heat lamps

I don't think they'll grow very well with heat lamps. You need lamps that put out lumens, not heat.

Try some daylight CFL's, I'm using those and they work great and don't cost a shitload to buy or run.
