Why is house and garden not for sale in North America

Just curious to why house and garden is not for sale in North America ... It's labelled on all my h&g bottles I tried searching throughout google as too why but couldn't find anything ????

Its on Amazon and for sale at my local grow shop. $130 for that 1L bottle of amino treatment. Insane!! $130 for a liter of anything is rediculous.

They probably spend more on the fancy aluminum bottles they have then on the products they put in them.

I got mine for $50 that's quite rediculous I also took a look at my stores prices the 3 bottles of flora is actually more expensive than the h&g part a &b ... I know they advertise and push it a lot but don't quite add up to that price

They do sell it at my local hydro store in the midwest though it is expensive.

Rip off. You want a good amino acid supplement try "ocean grown" Sourced from 100% cod fish hydrolysate, Amine Nitrogen will not burn your plants either.

Their Aqua Flakes is legit and very inexpensive to use.

1 PH tester 130.00 bucks
1 PPM tester 130,00 bucks
5 gallon pail / 55 gallon drum in garage free
egg shells, fruits n veg scraps , coffee grinds etc

place 2.5 gallons of water mixed with scraps in pail stirred mulched and let sit couple days stirring occasionally 3 days later add another 2.5 gallons of water stir and strain bottle it
water back accordingly to proper ppm levels for feeding stage
the best free plant food on the planet

Darth, for starters you're in the wrong section for compost tea talk. Secondly, you'd be better off just letting those scraps compost in a bin or a tumbler and then throwing a few scoops in the ground before planting. Even then, you're likely to have deficiencies.

Got a link to your comparison grow? I tested it, it's cheap and it's a great producer too.

$70/10L and it's fairly concentrated too.

It's only cheap compared to other water bottles. Dry nutrients are just as good- because they're the same nutrients, of course- and they cost a tiny fraction of water bottles from the hydro store. Like five percent or less, on a per gallon of plant ready nutrient solution basis.

Which dry food(s) are you speaking of?

I do not look at it as a tea as i do not aerate it ?? or use a certain base just pretty much stir the shit out of it and ppm readings are off the charts 2 days later 2000 ppm being its all organic form of waste,, a person could even factor in the NPK values of egg shells potato peels coffee grinds and come up with a average NPK value of it pretty much same as labels of nutrient bottles on average
with micro nutrients also being in there its a win win and most importantly its free.. lets not forget there is also compost in the mixture which also slowly releases nutrients
At the end of the day its what works for you .. i have grown weed with 30 - 10 -10 ( 3 - 1- 1 ) from start to finish as well as triple 19 (1-1-1 ) with out any def its knowing what plants need

Yara Liva brand calcium nitrate, 50 lb bag is another fifty bucks from the same people. You could stop here, or get;

Magnesium sulfate, aka epsom salt. Get it at Hydrogardens or Wal-Mart.

MKP, or monopotassium phosphate. This is a bloom booster, also available thru Hydrogardens.

This comprises EVERYTHING your plants need. There are no vitamins, plant growth regulators, hormones or other gimmicks. This is valuable in that you now know what IS and IS NOT in your nutrients. If you want to add these things in, you can, safe in the knowledge that one additive or another doesn't already have it in there.

So how many grams per gallon would you use to get to 1.0 EC?

Making tea to save money is sort of like thinking you're saving money by using saltwater from the ocean instead of buying salt from the dollar store. And that's assuming the tea actually works just as well, which of course it won't.

raw salts are fun and easy
but outdoor i am all about building food webs .
i am hoping with where "tea" science is at folks know that you are just putting microbes in the soil . not feeing anything in the roots directly per say . the 13-0-0 protien aminos mentioned above , and "hot" biodynamic compost (homemade bone mix slurry, rock pow) fortified promix sets me straight ...
the teas are just to add fungus via em-1 innoculation for me , and make me look cool to the hippies around lol.
