Take your buds, and submerge them under water for ~7 days. It will remove all the water solubles (chemical fertilizers used when growing and such), hence, eliminating roughly 25% of the overall mass (increasing your weed's potency!)

I take it terpenes and terpenoids are water soluble? As it removes smell and taste from weed.

That's crazy. When ever I get a bag of buds the first thing I do is open the bag and smell the buds. If I like the smell then I'll tast it. So why would anyone want to get rid of the smell and or taste?
