Why do some people blow smoke in their dog's face or their nostrils?

I do this to me dog. His eyes get red and everything lol. Hes a stoner. My rat also loves smoke. She smells the smoke a runs out of her house to the top of her cage for me to blow it at her. or i put her in a plastic ball that then move around on the floor. she loves it. Gets the muchies and well she is fat as fuck hahaha.

hahah...hate to burst ur bubble...but what you are seeing is the "fight or flight" response. Most animals when they smell smoke.... get very nervous and try to find an exit. Ur rat is no different.

i have a chiwawa that loves cannibutter suger cookies.i can give him a fourth of a cookie and in about 20 minuts he sits all squient eyed. if i give him half he runs around barking and acting goofie like me on a good trip. a hole cookie hes fucked all fallin over and walking into shit but he loves em i always make cannibuter and regular he wont eat a plane suger cookie.

I am still of the belief that the reason why MJ developed psychoactive compounds in the first place is so animals would get dizzy / sick after eating it and they would learn not to eat it anymore, much like shrooms.
These plants and fungi were not created so that humans could eat or smoke some , throw on some grateful dead, and chill out. Purposeful use of psychoactive drugs for positive outcome is MOSTLY a human thing.
I believe that NO dogs like to inhale smoke of any kind, and i have never forced my dog to inhale pot smoke.
He doesn;t care for the herb in any form- he won't even eat it. This makes life easier as i don't have to worry about leaving it around within his reach.
My room-mate used to think it was funny to blow smoke in my Akita's face. I warned him he doesn't like it but he kept annoying the 130 pound male dog. He bit his face, a warning bite, hardly puncturing the skin. It scared the fuck out of the dude and I'd bet he's never blown smoke in a dogs face since.
Those of you that think an animal enjoys it are retards and I hope you get bit!

I have one of those too...100lb Chesapeake...although I can do anything with her....my cousin found out he cannot. He just kept futzing with her, getting in her face...she gave the sign....i told him to back away from her face...he didn't.....same result.....scared the crap out of him. The dog and I shared a quick smile.

that first hit out she smells it and comes running

i dont blow it in my dogs face, but i'll sometimes blow it in her general direction and if she wants the smoke she'll stick around and breathe it in (i see smoke linger around her nostrils sometimes hehe) and if she doesnt want any then she just walks away or moves her head so that it doesnt go in her face 
but i always give her the choice because sometimes she likes it, and sometimes she doesnt

Animals are naturally high. My reasons.
1) I like my head scratched too when I'm baked
2) I like to sleep all day when I'm baked
3) I like to eat when I'm baked.
The cat: Sleeps all day, eats all day, and likes being scratched.
So why not get it a little more high?
