I havent watered them since sunday so thats about 4 days. they looked good before the watering all though the minute i watered them all and put them back in the tent i noticed there alll dropping down. ph is at like 6.8. is this a bad sign?

what do you use tap water? and did you let it sit out for a couple of days for the chlorine to disapate? i think you ph is high also 6.2 i think is right about where you have to be and why are you waiting so long to water them for?

droop could be over-watering. you didn't fertilize? fertilizer shock can also cause droop. Is the humidity high enough?

I'm running PH 7 in soil and plants are thriving

Plants in Hydro should be lower PH 6.3

Put you finger in the dirt up to the second knuckle and see if it is moist. If it is dry no moister then pick up the plant and see how heavy it is. Now that you know what your plant feels like dry water it.

If the plant soil is moist you may be over watering it, or you have hard water. IF you have hard water a 1/4 tsp Epsom salt per gallon.

As for PH, most good soils you do NOT have to pre-ph your water. Most soils have a natural buffer and some soil manufactures add a buffer to there soil, like FF does.

When using a soil with time released high nut like FF you would be better off adding the extra nut threw foliage spraying. A plant can handle more nut, but some times not threw it root zone in the beginning.

I wrote a thread on this subject and a lot of people seem to be enjoying it. check it out maybe it can help you as well.

Lol I would like to see your hydro plants, I would never allow my pH to get that high. It should be around 5.5-5.8

No worries Jim, some plants will droop right after a good watering. Give them a few hours and I bet they perk right back up.

cow boy logic u nailed bro. they look great percked right back up. but hey one thing i did read under FAQ for those of u he commented with ur thoughts. FAQ says that some times after u water u should poke pencil hole to let the air flow through. i think it was just compacted u kno?brand new soil just transplanted on sunday. worked perfect! also im using grow big from ff and it worked nice the first time i fedd
