I just moved to california like 4 months ago...And I'll also say it....keep your ass at home. Only reason I'm doing well is because i have an established business i run from home.
Its hot here....the economy is horrible....alot of the people are assholes....and I personally know that the MMJ industry is in a slump when it comes to trying to offload shit.
If you come here thinking you're gonna get 3200 a lb for some super goat dick OG that you bought off CL....keep on moving broski.

I hear they have a watering program that sends a city employee over to your house and water your plants when you can't be home.
And they are trying a new Marijuana therapy on the State prisoners seeing if they can stop repeat offenders, I hear that one isn't
working out so well yet.

great thread. ive done some looking into california, i would love to move there for many reasons but not to sell mmj because it is flooded, an every one grows it. but for that reason i would love to move there. i just straight up love growing for profit or non. so i guess my reasoning would be hiding in the crowd, safety in numbers. but putting the whole marijuana thing aside, why come to califonia for me would be i wana import jdm engines back east super cheap port cities in cali.
the land you can see every thing from forests and snow to deasert and beach.
i ride dirtbike so being able to ride something other than just rocky trails would be kick ass.
schooling last time i checked was pretty cheap.
the wheather is hot in the summer an warm in the summer but you can still see snow up north (skiing)
deep sea fishing
you may have a high cost of living but jobs in my field after school is around 1200 a week starting out
but any ways im stoned an wanted to add my two cents. my buddy who live in san dieago told me either you wanna be here or you dont. But what ive found out dont come to cali thiking your gonna be a big time weed seller imo. so any ways if you can understand this hope it helped. peace. love. and thc

DoNT come to Cali, I've grew up in trinity county and these past years, there have been flocks of people trying to move out here to grow, the locals hate out of towners and there ruining are laws with big grows, stay were u are nobody wants u in Cali at least not up in NorCal!
