First time poster here. Ok...ive SCOURED the web and for the life of me, I cant find a cut and dry BHO crumble/honeycomb recipe. I need a step by step recipe for crumble. Ive got shatter down...now I need to make crumble. Here is my setup: I have a 3 cfm pump, a gallon pot and heating pad from SlickVacSeal & A 4 oz. Stainless steel extraction tube. So can someone out there PLEASE enlighten me with a step by step crumble/honeycomb recipe? Can do without the shit talking and all that stuff.

Ok...and water bath? I got some in a water bath as we speak, accidentally turn heat up and water temp is at 115-120. Hope thats ok..? Do I whip before purge? And then what, turn up vacuum pump heat to 120ish? How many days and how often flip. I REALLY need someone to spell out a crumble recipe from start to finish but seems finding that has been like looking for a Unicorn!

i would do it like you are making shatter first.
92 - 98 degree water bath than purge at 95 degrees for 3 days in a vac flipping it every 6 hours or so.
Then after all the butane has been removed increase your temp to 110-130 degrees.
I just usually fold my shatter while it is warm into a thick square.
Then start vacuuming it at 110-130 till it hardens up.
Mine usually take another 12- 36 hours.

Also,...after blasting lately , when the butane bubbles down in the Pyrex, it has been looking like its hard already. Next time I do it I will post a pic, its not like the normal maple syrup look when it bubbles down. Idk wtf is going on

The less the terpenes the faster it hardens up, my blue dream goes from full of tane to shatter in minutes, makes it a pain in the ass to purge fully have to use a lot more heat than normal

Hey I appreciate you guys, Dubee &Bubloni, for the straight, non-arrogant responses. I am definitely a novice when it comes to making BHO. I have about 25 runs under my belt now. Started with open blasting and no vacuum. Now I have a decent setup and just need to fine tune my craft. Would love if I could possibly email or private message with either of you. I have SO many questions and have had a really hard time getting answers. Would like to swap knowledge and what not with you guys, if you dont mind.

Thats awesome, ...im ready to act like my vacuum chamber and suck all the knowledge I can up! I need to be "fully purged"!!! LoL. So its day 3 on latest blast. Been running at 92-95 degrees with vac on whole time, flipping every 6 hours. Hasnt yet "slicked". 2mrrw I think im gonna crank up the heat like Dubee said. Never folded into thick square before but am gonna try. Ive been experimenting the last 5 runs, trying something a little different each time. So far my customers have loved everything bive produced. I have about 10lbs of 8 month old trim, so plenty to play with. Also run my partners indoor trim (trichome HEAVY) every other month after his harvests. I always heat my trim on a low temp in oven to make sure there is no moisture. Is this something other of you do? Anyways, I am asking the community to share their recipes for shatter and crumble in this thread. Its not a competition of who has the best, just want to see what others are doing. Thank you in advance, my rollitup brothers and sisters :-)

You ever blast fresh frozen nugs? I feel the oven drying is totally unessesary, I would however freeze my trim/flower and blast it totally frozen. If you just whip upnthe oil it will turn to crubmle ime

No..haven't blasted fresh frozen trim or nugs for that matter...yet! I have blasted fresh indoor trim that was dried and cured. Chem-Dawg. We average between 6 to 9 grams per pull from a 4oz stainless steel extraction tube. Like I said...im FAR from being an expert. Can you share with me, step by step, your personal process when you make shatter or crumble or both..? I will gladly share what I do.

And ive whipped too with no luck making crumble. Im gonna try Dubees suggestions on this go around. After fully purged (should be tomorrow, Monday, Been purging since Friday afternoon @ 95degrees), im gonna crank it up to 120ish for another day and see what happens. I didnt whip at all. Hope Istill end up with some crumble.

I'm new at blasting also. I don't even vac purge. I'm gonna get flames here for saying this, but vac purged oil always stings my nose real bad, no matter who made it. I do a double boil set up on an electric griddle and just heat purge. Real low for shatter, like 100 degrees max, and at about 135 get nice honeycomb.
