why are they so light green

I have a plant grown in perlite fed canna nutes at pH of 5.5 and my leaves are this color I have tried uping nutes and pH and no difference now feeding it cal mag and not really any difference.
Anyone got any ideas I have other plants that have beautiful growth and green leaves ???

looks almost deficient from what i can see, if your feeding it then id would think its some sort of lock out

5.5 is too low to feed at. never feed below like 6.2. if u want to make it easy just water with 6.4-6.5 and forget it, dont worry so much about run off if u feed at that PH ur run off should b fine

5.5 pH is not a bad pH to feed with since you are doing passive hydro I'm assuming. I'm growing in 100% perlite right now and when I set my res I set the pH at about 5.2-5.5 this way the plant can take up different nutes at different pH values. It will slowly rise by the end of the week to 6.4. Honestly the pic you've put up nobody can really tell if there's a problem or not as they look dark green to me so post some pix of the whole plant. We need to see how big it is and tell us more about your conditions and setup.
