Did you feed them nutes?

Do you ever let the soil get dry?

What type of soil?

How much perlite to soil ratio?

How far from lights?

Initially I want to say over-watering and nute burn.

Without waiting for your huge pics to fully load (on dial-up) you realize overwatering results in your symptoms, right?
From the mis-shapen growth, I'm guessing it could also be pH related. Do you have any idea what the water you're using is pH-wise?

I'd make sure I was watering properly before worrying about pH.

do the containers have holes in them for drainage??
yes
How often are you handling the plants?
What fertilizers are you using and how much?
i handle the plants, as in move them around only to water. i JUST used 20-20-20 nutes yesturday on my 3 old plants seeing as i had them for about a month. i used half strength and they perked up back to life like the first one in my pic when straight up and there all looking healthy except the brown spots are still there...maybe they will go away?

the brown spots are permenant. If the plants are looking healthier, the new leaves shouldn't develope the dead areas.

If on the new growth, there are still brown spots, you might have a disease. Quarantine the sick ones from the healthy ones and clean the area.
