Well...Schauer is an advocate of acceptance. Snyder can't even give an answer about things like same sex marriage.

Schauer is against the EAA model - Snyder, of course, is pushing to expand it.

I don't know enough about either of them to make a good decision between the two, but I will say that even if I dislike him Rick Snyder has brought some beneficial things to MI. 48 month limited welfare, required drugs tests to receive benefits with the exception of medical marijuana and other prescriptions (+1 for ol' Ricky boy).

It's up in the air for me right now. I'll have to start paying closer attention.

Not me, I'm voting straight D's.....and I'm against SSM, lol.. I feel the D's care more about me.

Driving through a few neighborhoods today, I noticed a total lack of campaign signs. Like nobody seems to care who our governor is. I know 2 years from now, there will be many president elect signs up yet who our governor is, might effect us more so.

Did anyone else catch in Snyder's victory speech, his words "...NOT the basement folks"?

check it out, most of the way through, right after he alludes to ppl with gabled roofs.

I'm not going to waste my time listening to him, I know which side he is on and its not mine. Hes for big business and not the little guy. Voters are dumb, they rather vote for the R's and vote to increase local taxes for themselves. Local millages pass and the R's get in. Bring on more floods, I no longer care
