Who's breeding for potency these day's?

I plan on buying some seeds in the near future,and I'm looking for genetics that have strong potency.I personally don't care about smell,flavor,bag appeal or instagram pics,I am just after strong effects.I know every breeder seems to focus on certain traits,but I'm looking for a breeder that focuses on potency.I would love to get some recommendations on some breeders that offer potent feminized seeds.

I doubt if many breeders select plants for potency only, but it's a factor for sure.

LOL,I might have to consider that.
I do appreciate bud that has a nice smell,but I get disappointed when I grow weed that looks and smells great with a weak high.I have never been able to taste weed when smoked,so I really just want to grow strains with a good strong high.

Honestly,I like both Indica and sativa type effects,depending on the time of day,and what mood I'm in.I just like weed that when I smoke it,I'm not questioning myself if I'm high or not. LOL

I don't if I'm a lightweight or what, but pretty much all weed gets me baked these days.

Potency means different things to different people. I don't know of any legit breeders that just focus on potency. The ones with the high THC claims are 99% BS from what I've seen. There's much more to a high than just high THC numbers, terpenes play a big role in how your body reacts to certain strains. Just find a breeder that spends time working his lines and is reliable. You should be able to find a ton of info on the Seeds and strain review thread.

Some of the stronger stuff I’ve had/grown: Chemdog91, Hunza Valley91, MK Ultra, SAGE, white Fire 43 x Triangle Kush, OG Kush, White Russian, CBD Warlock (the CBD “modulates” the high, but my gosh it’s still incredibly potent for calming).

If you’re looking for a serious head high, consider a Thai variety, or something Haze dominant. They can be incredibly potent.

Cookies stuff can be potent, but I feel like the effects are more generic, drugged/drunk feeling, and can put me in a negative thought loop. Cookies seems very dominant in crosses so would avoid them pretty much entirely. They lack the soul and upliftedness of the other ones I listed.

Most of that looks like it was chopped before it bulked all the way up.

Yes,I have a nugsmasher.I try not to dab too often,or my tolerance gets too high.I like to save the dabs towards the end of the day for an extra kick.

If potency is your only qualifying factor, research genetics and then seek out a reputable breeder working with those genetics.
Cant go wrong with OGs and Chems.

ace comes to mind when sativas for indicas i dont know. but almost all breeders have something with 27+% i would call that strong weed

Depends on which "sour" was used in the parental stock, but yeah, sours can be very potent.

I've grown out a few and a couple that were memorable. Top Dawgs Sour Dawg and BOGs Sour Double. Both were exceptional.

Sour Dawg = Sour Diesel (AJs) x Double Dawg
Sour Dubble = Sour Diesel IBL (Rez) x Sour Bubble

I've found good plants in every BOG strain I've run before. Just got Sour Strawberry and BOG Bubble last week for a run this summer. I also got some BOG Blue Kush pollen coming to pollinate a couple branches of NL2 and Purest Indica.

Anesia seeds claim some ridiculous thc percentages. Ethos has a couple of strains that hit 30% thc.
