I had mine in 3 gallons to start. Was really easy to transplant! I tried 5 gallons before but would break the roots every now and then.
Thank you. Took a lot of work and shots in my back when I was done lol but it is paying off so far.
I've been lucky as far as critters because of my dogs. I would be broken hearted if an animal ate mine! I feel for you!
Sometimes the dogs leave rabbit heads on my front step as proof they are doing their job lol
Savage!! Do you rent out your dogs? Lol

Good to hear!!!! When is the real harvest time for outdoors? Is she a decent producer?
Last year was October 12th for me, she could have used another week though. I had a heavy sativa pheno I got rid of because it made tiny buds, I kept the heavy indica pheno that makes nice colas. Last year I did not train my plants and I guess ogs really need to be trained to yield. This year should be better since I topped and super cropped them.

First guess....
I have a little experience in mycology.
Haven't grown in years though. My print library is probably out of date and not viable.

Very nice looking shrooms.... Congrats...!!

Little late on this subject, but dry trimming is a no go for outdoors imo..

There is just too much product to get trimmed up and in the jars at the right time.

Wet trimming gives you enough time to get everything trimmed up in time, cause a perfect cure is better then a perfect dry, and a dry trim leaves you with very little play time to get it all done.

Your average backyard grower will easily get 20+ lbs a year obviously selling for a pretty low price for the quality of good outdoor, cause honestly, who smokes 20+ pounds in a year lol....

Having so much bud, youd probably end up selling it for the same price as you would with not as good of a smell.
