Who agrees that you should only speak English at work here in the US..Who agrees that if you dont have a alien regerstration card or here illegally you should be immedialty be deported...Who agrees that American citizens should be considered first before any immagrants....Who gets bothered that non Americans that are on our land complain about what this country has to offer them...if you did not make it to this country legally you should get the fuck out...stop takeing the tax payer dollars to feed your illegal families...yeah I know some come here to try and make it,but still dont embrace the american culture we need to focus more on American citizens than any other countries immagrants..they refuse to learn our language and think we should all speak theirs...who agrees on stricter border laws and immigration laws....I live here in Cali and its bullshit how these companies hire illegals when thats my job they are taking from me...I have a higher education and better experience..how come i have to work for 10 bucks and hour when im a 8 year combat Vet..I have an associates degree why cant i get a good job..oh yeah thats right the illegals work for a cheaper wage so they can take the money back to mexico...If you are offended by this please explain in a logical way on how you are...

so when someone expresses a false opinion, should we not correct them?

for example, someone said earlier that 'most illegals are running drugs or escaping cartels', which is patently false. in this debate of opinions, should we disregard truth?

when someone expresses their opinion that 'we should deport all illegals', am i wrong to express my opinion about the impracticality and enormous cost of locating, tracking down, removing by force, and internationally transporting over 12 million people, many of them children who had no choice in their family's decision to move?

should i not express my opinion of the inhumanity involved with what happens to the children who are birthright citizens of this nation, yet whose family may be illegal?
that is a situation in which a citizen of our nation would be forcibly relocated or separated from their family for something that it had no choice over.

if someone expresses an opinion about what should happen, am i wrong to point out the practical consequences of that opinion?

i don't believe a debate about opinions is a debate at all. everyone simply throwing their opinions around is not a debate.
You can do whatever you want. Their opinions.

yeah, they do just that and only that.

get a grip bud. it is clear to everyone that you are simply trying to demonize and make sweeping generalizations that are not true.

there is always a percentage of bad apples, whether you are talking about illegals or legals, blacks or whites, blues or greens.

stop trying to make everyone the enemy here.
Sarcasm is lost on the ignorant.

I just want to know who is he, really, calling ignorant?
My assumption without seeing who UB quoted in his post that Crypt quoted was that he was calling whoever UB quoted ignorant, i.e. agreeing with him in a sense. Now that I go back and see that UB quoted Crypt and Crypt is in disagreeance with UB, I'm in the same boat as you.

After actually reading Crypt's post that UB quoted, I'd be willing to bet that Crypt was being sarcastic in his post, UB responded as though he was serious, and Crypt was saying that his sarcasm was lost on the ignorant (UB).

Pretty clear structure there.

Pretty much. It can be interpreted as a double entendre, but all double entendre's are sarcastic. It's the nature of the beast.

No, lol, we just seem to be bumping into each other. I do enjoy your posts, keep up the good work. Are you always so good?
I have no clue. :D I don't put much brain power into posts on forums. :) I just enjoy the conversations. Brevity is the soul of wit however. An mine is razor sharp.

I want to be an emperor. That shit would be awesome. But people clash. A world without borders really isn't a good idea. People differ and they have their own countries. Israel and Palestine don't mix. North and South Korea don't mix. They never will and that's why they have different countries. I'm a dreamer too though. So here's a song for us. :)

Kudos Cryptkeepr great song, John Lennon had a vision that i think most can identify with. +Rep

I agree, the world as we know it today is bad bad without boarders, might as well be a riot across countries. But again it comes down to awareness, education, and a global catastrophe. As Deltron says, Crisis Precipitates change, i truly do believe if something catastrophic happened to the world and its governments, global population decrease, we would infact be able to connect with each other on a more even note, finally allowing our species to get passed the idea that ones own culture is far more superior then another.
