I put some seeds into a glass of water, and they started to split open within about 2 days. So I put them in a Ziploc container on some paper towel. I wasn't seeing any roots, and now 2 days after putting them into the container I saw a f#$*&ing worm or something in there! One of the taproots that was starting look like maybe it had turned black. The hell creature was very small. Very very small. But moved like a worm.
I dumped the seeds back into a glass of water and tossed out the paper towel. I should have taken a picture, but I was so grossed out it didn't cross my mind.

I’ve become convinced pm can travel by seed so I’ve been dunking in h2o2 as preventative.
I hate to break it to you but PM travels by spore in the air and it's already everywhere, all around you, right now. You are breathing some in. Just don't let conditions get right for the spores to colonize and you'll be alright lol.

I think 2 days is too long to be submerged in h2o. 24 hrs is my max. I have had seedlings dampen off if I soak longer. :peace:
