Good day fellow smokers I am today posting my long procrastinated grow journal... I planned to post a journal updating from seed to smoke but I've been busy as fuck lately so i'm starting my journal today 1 week into flowering. Ya I got 8 plants goin I can't tell yet the sex of any of them, but this is my first time growing weed so I won't have as keen of eye for it as some. I met a couple newfies the other day (for those that don't know that is a Canadian citizen from the province of Newfoundland). I don't have to tell anyone that has met a newfie that these people are friendly as hell. Well any way these guys were tellin me I should pick the tops of em and get more cola's growin. I said guys this is my first time I don't wanna kill em or nothin, they said to just do it to one or two so that's what i'm gonna do. Won't fuck em will it? Here's a link to a thread I posted when I was worried about em: (pictures!), https://www.rollitup.org/marijuana-plant-problems/124085-first-grow-help-please-pics.html I was way off base though the fan that was blowin over top of them just wasn't powerful enough, they got a much better fan now. There is also a link in that thread to the page I got the seeds from with a little write up about the plant. And here is the latest pics of them that I just took this evening, below. So if you enjoy looking at decent quality pictures of what I think to be a cool strain of marijuana check back here from time to time and I will do my best to update somewhat frequently. This also is my first grow so I might slip a query or two in here if I am so lucky as to get a few readers who wouldn't mind playing the role of jedhi master of weed growing.

Have a good one.

Whats up man, the plants are looking good and yeah the newfies are right, just try it on a couple of them and see which get better results. Its always good to try different methods with the plants to see which works better for you so that you can learn to increase your yields and techniques. What kind of nutes and soil are you using?

Hey whats up guys yah i'm just using an organic nutrient solution the guy at the hydro store recommended botanicare brand I think and just regular soil except for two of them are in promix. My timer is fucking up on me though and they've had a bit of an irregular light schedule for a bit they don't look to be too bothered by it though... I'm gonna go pick up some new nutrients to flower though, does anyone have any reccomendations? I gave them a good trimming, getting all the dead vegetation and stuff off. But yah here's some new pics of em, appreciate any feedback.

Have a good one.

thanks jesus, now this is probably a commonly asked question by beginners but anyone have any guesses on what I could expect for a yield? I'm optimistically hoping for like 500 grams...
