White Tips on my plant!! I need help please!!!

so im completely new to this growing thing, this is my first plant and i think i have a problem already. im about 2 and a half, almost 3 days into my growing phase and the plant is about 3/4 of an inch high. my light cycle is 14/10. i have a heat lamp and the plant is in a white box with the light hanging above it and a fan blowing on the top of it. the soil im using is miracle-gro. the problem is that the very tips of the only 2 small leafs that i have are turning white. idk what this could possible be so i need help please!!!

It's a heat lamp right? Like the ones that are infrared? Or the light looks real reddish?
Maybe "heat lamp" was the wrong term to use. It's a metal lamp that has a 120 watt light bulb in it. It's hanging down over the plant, which keep in mind, is still in it's first couple days of growth. But it's probably hanging about 2 feet above the plant. Maybe I'm using the wrong type of light bulb?

I just bought a CFL "natural light" bulb. It's a lot more white than the one I was using before which Im assuming is what I want. Now my next problem is, the box I'm growing it in is like 4 feet tall and 2 feet wide. How do I keep it small enough to fit in that box but still get a good amount of bud at the same time?
