What is the difference between an expat and an immigrant?
I am a contractor for the government. Minorities are given jobs first through the government. The only time jobs are given to me is when all of the registered minority contractors already have jobs. I have to sub through the minority contractors for over 90% of my work.

Nobody deserves to be treated like a white man. We have it so hard!
Unlike most of the people on this site, I grew up in an all black neighborhood, went to an all black school, and live in a 70% black city. I have experienced 'reverse' racism almost every day of my life.
