White blotches on leaves (not-mildew, doesn't rub off)

I just transplanted 6 plants outside all 6 are showing this pattern of "bleaching".
All plants were under 18/6 hrs. 1000W MH. Very healthy at time of transplant. Been in holes, amended soil with a 8-8-8 fert, outside 9 days.
Non-specific disorder to older leaves or newer leaves
Seems to attack one leaf first yellow then quickly white, moves to other leaves and repeats
White coloration is IN the leaf; it cannot be shuffed off. Thin & papery...
Veins turn brown.
As white spot grows, leaf folds up along central vein ("tacos") and begins to flake away, both new and old growth.
Bugs?
pH?
Salt?
Haven't found answers anywhere!
More pics if needed

Light bleached and slight to mild nute burn, plant should recover now outside in a post budding light of the sun
"".. leaf folds up along central vein ("tacos") and begins to flake away, both new and old growth..?"" typical of poor or absent ventilation, ensure you have a fan and an extract fan in ther, both funtional, ensure you have an acceptable distance with that 1Kw Mh light, to a minimum of 9 inches to my blog on light stuff ..see the distance for the 1Kw Mh light
