which strain

need a strain for outdoors that stays short so neighbors cant see it also this will be my second grow.any ideas?

you will want a primarily indica strain.....they grow short and bushy...

Or train a sativa. Either or. It kind of depends on what high you are looking for. Though if you don't care then it doesn't really matter what I'm saying at all.

If SHE (optimism) is going to be outside I would just suggest to tie it down. As ranunky said look up some of the FAQs. I would offer some sort of help as to how you'd go about doing it, but that would be like asking a blind person if you looked good in a certain shirt.

like when it gets to the max hieght i want it tie like a string around the top and pull the string (not plant) to the ground
