Which states have laws against Glass Pipes?

I recently made a seller account on amazon and I'm wondering if anyone has experience selling glass pipes online.
I don't want to get an order for 6 pipes and ship it to someone then find out that it is illegal for them to purchase the pipes in the first place.
Would I be held accountable for their purchase?
Also, on Amazon can you not sell 'Water Pipes'? I have a 16" Stemless Glass 16-Hole 'Honeycomb' Disc perc with an 8-Arm Tree Perc I want to sell.
I don't see any 'Water Pipes' on Amazon, only hand pipes.

except that those laws dont care what their use is. the ban is on glass pipes, not a substance they are used for.

glass pipes are a legitimate business, best to keep it that way.

I used to see a warning on Etsy.com about Pa and Iowa but havnt seen it in months.
Not sure if the law changed.
