I know that's a tall question but make it simple - which state uses most marijuana, most medical marijuana patients?

i second this. anyplace where it's that available EVERYWHERE you go is going to have more users. around here it can be a pain in the ass to score decent shit so fewer people develop a habit i think. and the ones that do develop a habit have a harder time maintaining it, thus making them "lesser potheads".
