What's up RIU!

Quick question, which light should i use for vegetative growth? I have these 2 bulbs, 2700k & 6500k. One when on is like a sky blue looking color, and the other looks like a normal yellow light. 100w each bulb.
I don't know the difference in the bulbs.

Which one is the 2700k and which one is the 6500k?
Appreciate it RIU.

Sorry, but one more question. I recently bought plant food "Kit for success" by technaflora. got it today. I was originally going to use those nutes for a hydro plant, but i accidentilly crushed the 4 inch baby, so i brought one in i had outside in a big bucket.
Is that plant food ok to use with soil???

because if it's not i just wasted a bunch of money. i hope it is ok tho.

thats right , use the 6500k for veg. and the 2700k for flower ,

also it never hurts to mix a little 6500k with the 2700k

to mimic both light spectrums of the sun

Thanks for the info. I can only run 1 light because i don't have 2 fixtures.
Is the 6500k the sky blue light looking color or the yellowish color? I have hooked up the yellowish one.
Thanks a bunch.

my soil is not pre treated with nutes like mg. i did use schultz plant food 15-10-10, for maybe like a few waterings and the plants outside are doing pretty good. I'll post a picture of my baby in a while, gotta get some things done, to see if you think i should feed it food yet.
If it's alright, I would like to start at 1/4 strength, and go by the feedin cycle that the directions say.

The bluey one should be the 6500k,and you say its 100w?that is prob not the actual wattage, its more likley to be a 20w actual wattage and a 100w equivalent...

So the blue one is the 6500k? Gonna change it out now. Are these 2 bulbs sufficient enough to successfully harvest 1 plant?
I know since i'll only have 1 plant growing, it will get the most out of the light i think. She'll pay off in the long run (better)

The light in this picture is the "6500k" bulb hooked up. It is about 6" above the plant. Is this the correct height?

I have a fan blowing inside the tent to keep it cool until my exhaust fan arrives.
So for my plant being that size, would it be okay to feel adventurous and start of at 1/4 strength nutes?
thanks.

Keep the light as close as you can, appx 1-2 inches, put your hand under the light,if it dont burn your hand it wont burn your plant.I would get some more lights in there if i was you,It would work out much better for you in the long run.

So when would you say would be the right time for nutes? I really can't remember how old she is, but i think maybe 2 weeks? i had her outside growing till i brought her in.
I have 24/0 for now. When should I change the light cycle to where the plant gets some darkness?

Oh, before i forget, what if i use both the 6500k & 2700k bulbs for veg? would that be alright or should i just use 2 6500k?

some people say use just 6500k for vegging and some people say mix them up.I just use 6500k for vegging, but when it comes to flowering i like to use mostly 2700k but i do keep a few 6500k in the mix as the plants still grow thru flowering. You say there about 2weeks old?? I suppose you could start to add very weak nutes now as there are none in your soil, but dont be to heavy handed or you will burn them as they are still very young.
