Which light should I get?

Today I'm going out to get lighting supplies, and I'm totally lost! I'm only going to have one plant in a small closet. I'd prefer something cheap, that doesn't use TOO much electricity. What's my best option here? Is 150W enough for one plant? Do I really need a lighting system that'll run me $200+? Please keep in mind that I'm growing on a budget here!

you can get a 400 wat hps for $116, its your best bet. but if you put that on one plant that baby gonna prolly yield 1/2 - 1 lb of bud if you do everything right:mrgreen:

you'll generate a lot of heat in a small closet with a 400W hid though, so you'll have to invest in solid ventilation too.

copy that , what he said put an intake fan on the bottom and exhaust the hot air though the cieling.
