I ordered my HLG-185H-C700A from Newark.com and when you ask for a quote make sure you put in the right part number.

@REALSTYLES what bin did you order and at what K. Ive contacted kingbrite but waiting to hear back. might wait to see how yours work out since youve had so much success. what cob holders are you using for the 3590 or did you just thermal paste them on?

I ordered 3500k and the BD bin and I'm using the Ideal holders from newark.com.

I have vegged with Cree XML2 4200K and after a few months I decided it is a bit too stretchy for my hybrids.
I agree that is what I have been seeing as well they are damn bright/efficient though. Wish I got something a bit cooler but oh well good enough for now.

1 week ago right after transplant from 18oz red cups to 1 gallon grow bags and under XML2 4200Ks

Today 1 week later

Not bad though at all but a little tighter would be nice for veg only use, like you said the hybrids in the middle some are getting a bit stretchy where the indicas are actually doing very nicely under them on either side.

Those look nice and healthy. Whats the size of those bars and tent? Will you flower those in the 1g bags?
Im looking into setting up a clone tent.

Those vegging bars were designed for use in my 11"x23.5" veg cab but I put them in my flowering tent so I had more space to finish vegging them (would have used my new fixture but its not ready yet). The bars are from heatsinkusa 2.079" profile x 23" long each. I am flowering in the 1 gallon bags this round. Flowering tent is 24" deep x 36" wide x 60" tall (2x3x5 ft).

Very nice! How many watts is each bar putting out? I have the same profile sinks at 16" with 2 vero 10 on each passively
cooled pulling 35w for both bars.I want to make another 2 veg bars with 4 v10's on each with the same profile
but 24" length and drive each bar at 35w but I dont think ill be able to go passive with the 2.079" profile.

Each bar has 7 Cree XML2 U2 4C on it (14 total) on an HLG-60H-42B (dimmable) I run it at almost minimum (10%) for my moms and clones and the temp remains at ambient and bars are very cool to touch. The heatsinks are undersized for running at anything much over half current in my experience, I was just veggin with them at maybe around 40w total (didnt check with Kill A Watt) and the bars were a bit warm to the touch but not hot. I like to keep my heatsinks cool or only a little warm to the touch so its hard to say how much you can get away with on these 2.08" profile sinks but I think 35w per 24" bar is going to run very hot. For passive I would keep it to 1w or less per 1" of profile preferably less but could probably run hotter without damaging the Veros. SupraSPL would probably know better the effects on output due to higher temps.

I did turn my veg light up to max (~60w total on 46" of 2.08" profile) once for almost a half hour just to see how hot the sinks got and the bars werent burning hot but were very hot to the touch, much hotter than I liked, probably would have kept getting hotter to an extent if left running at max for a longer period.

I was thinking about getting a dimmable driver this time. Supra actually told me they would be too hot. I would need to go up in profile size. The price jump between the 2.079' and next size up like 3x the cost and much heavier.
I may just go that route though to maintain passive cooling. Im big on keeping them cool as well.

Finally got my tracking number today the COB's are on their way. I hope they're top bin lol I don't have a way to test them. But for 40.16 each including shipping it's a risk I'll have to take. I had to buy 24 to get that price and if everything works out well I'll buy more to get a lower price. Here's a pic from my email with tracking number
