no disrespect, but, ever heard of google? we are not your personal slaves, it iwll take you longer to wait for replies on here than to google it
diferent brands have different kelvins for "cool white" and warm white etc
but daylight should be around 6500
and warm white should be arround the 2700

It will normally be printed on the bulbs socket, and on the package. 6500k is the ones that will give a pure strong "white" light, and the 2700k will give a warm soft light.

Is the reason for not using MH or HPS initial or running cost? If it is the initial cost you should be aware that you will sooner or later need stronger lights, 105-200w CFL, they are not cheap, and a 200w HPS/MH with ballast will cost more or less the same at the end. Also remember that you will probably also need reflector, and that high wattage CFL use E-40 socket and not the usual E-27. Difference in price will vary, but you will find a complete HPS/MH system for 90-110euro, a 105-200W CFL system will cost you 10-20euro less.

If it is running cost you should check out LED grow lights....., also fluorescent tubes, but that might be expensive.

For more info on lights you could check out the following link: http://www.4hydroponics.com/lighting/lightingBulbs.asp

Hope this made some sence, if not I´m sry! Best of luck....

Thank you for your answers and apologise for the dumb questions. Ive been searching _alot_ but couldnt still discover out the colour temperatures, because here where i live they sell shitty clfs up to only 23watts.. and saying "daylight" instead of the colour temperatures. And the reason why I cant use hps and mh is because of serious heat issues.. And even at the massive stores which should sell everything sell only hps bulbs but no ballasts, sockets... which is redicilous.

Anyways I'll get atleast 300watts worth of cfls (mixed 2700k, 6500k).

Just a hint then, check it out on ebay or amazon.com, you´ll find what you´re looking for there. Search for grow lights and you´ll find :)

Yes, I got that, but you´ll find specs and more info on types so you will know what to buy. Agrolite is what you should consider, comes in 105W to 250W.

By adding few fans and getting a heat controller (a cheap one) I added a normal fan and managed to drop temps with 3 celcius

Cfls dont put out alot of heat anyways comparing to hps or mh, the bulb of a hps/mh gets 300C warm... cfls about 30-35c

I´m a bit confused :S You ask such basic questions in your first post, then you wrote that you know exactly what to buy, and finally give descriptions of "advanced" equipment..... Just confused.....
