washingtons laws are too wishy washy and the cops are still busting legal grows and confiscating gear and plants so i dont recommend our 6 mature 18 immature plant regs for you ... becauseit dont matter if you only have 2 plants the cops find you and you are still going to jail

I'd love to move to Cali but i think i would have tough time financially.... Are people able to survive on caregiving alone? Not that i wouldnt have a job, I own a contracting business. Im affraid it would be hard to just uproot an move. Getting a new customer is base is hard work. I guess i would have to save some bread do it when the time is right.. I just cant help but dream of having like 5 1k lights running on top of a bad ass crop.

How much does a decent apartment or town home rent for in San diego?

The Alaska Court of Appeals ruled August 29 that Alaska residents may possess up to four ounces of marijuana in their own homes without any criminal or civil penalty. The ruling, which cites a 1975 Alaska Supreme Court finding that the Alaska constitution's privacy provisions protect the personal possession and use of marijuana in the home, once again makes Alaska the only state in the country with legal marijuana in the home. (After the 1975 Ravin v. Alaska decision, the Alaska legislature eventually removed criminal penalties for possession of less than four ounces, but a 1990 voter initiative cheerlead by then drug czar William Bennett recriminalized simple pot possession. It has taken until now for the appeals courts to rule on a case that challenged the constitutionality of the 1990 vote.)

Never heard of anyone getting persecuted for going over 1500 W here....aaaand the only way they will know you are using more than 1.5Kw is if you tell them or let them into your house. Now why would you do that? :bigjoint:

Get smart, never tell anyone, get IR reflective material and surround your setup. If questioned about your energy consumption tell em you run servers or something.

Not a good idea to grow more than 99 plants tho because it becomes federal mandatory 5 yr min.

Mi med law is up to 60 plants and 2.5 oz per patient up to 5 so that's 3/4 lb and then they say something about reasonable amount not to interupt patients needs so you might want to look into that

if you're vending, in cali anyways, you just bring it to the club and the'll check it out.. better if you know people there.. they won't pay you for it, because they are 'reimbursing' you.. so once it sells you go get you're money.. if its moving slow, they lower the price. so the best way to do it is have some rare super sticky icky that you can always have done regulary, and that they really want and ask for.. then you know you got it gone!! but there's different laws i'm not sure of, it seems the clubs follow laws but sometimes not ALL of them.. cause i know they gotta b bankin, but its supposed to be nonprofit.. or however it works.. lol
