If i were you, i would go get the book "buds for less", and the "grow bible" is always a must! They have it on sale at boarders or you can order it offline, you may be able to even find it online as an E-Book. Throw them in an empty closet with some cfl's and follow the book. Learn as you go. Once you start getting the hang of it, you can always upgrade to an hps. Its hard asking for advice sometimes because everyone is always going to have their own way of doing things. Trial and error is the best way to learn. Good luck with getting started man!

buddy all i got to say is post some of your research of things you have tried have you ever even done a bubble bucket grow or dwc, Sog, scrog anything besides a stupid little 5' tall aero grow???? in my pic your so called opaque containers make me laugh i did non opaque containers and do my plants look harmed to you after all you are the expert a week in non opaque a week in opaque(about 3 degrees water temp lower and less evaporating wooooohooooo) and for the air pumps please explain to me how the pump itself creates small bubbles as you stated as research i have done(hydrofarm pumps vs pets mart pumps)with the same stones and well from what i saw hydrofarm dosent have shit on pets mart lol from my understanding its what is on the other end of the pump that distributes the bubbles(stones) trying to give advise to someone about something you have no idea about your the biggest joke on this site everyone i have talked to on this site is pretty witty besides you. thats all i have to say.

Oh and to anyone watching....I'll post the benefits of having an opaque rez. It really has nothing to do with temperature of water OR evaporation(nice try moron) algae needs light to grow. That pretty much covers it.And as an afterthought I'll address your silly argument about airstones. Hint: the smalller the pores in the stone the tinier the bubbles.......understand???

im still waiting for your criteria on the matter
and here is mine on the non opaque matter not a trace of algae in that bucket unless my light was right on the side of my bucket would i have a problem like that but obviously we can all see that my plant is growing out of the top. db you really need to get out the grow books and in the grow room and prove some points.
