Where is a good place to buy a new light??

CraigsList, Just last week I got qty(2) 250 Watt and (1) 400 Watt HPS, including ballasts, (2) 250 Watt HPS bulbs, (1) 400 Watt HPS Bulb, (2) 250 Watt Metal Halide Bulbs. I offered the guy 100 U.S. dollars for all of it and picked it all up. Great Deal
 
I have a killer deal on a 1000 with a sick hood and sun system ballast. if your in so cal.
 
I looked on the local Craigslist, most of the people that are local are way more stoned then I am. They apparently think because they bought lights 4 years ago for alot of cash, that they are still worth what they paid. I would rather get new or even refurbs, Magnetic ballast is even better, parts ere easier to change without being an electrician. I just looked on HTG Supply and prices arent bad at all. Should probably get a Metal Halide bulb to go with it.
 
This site is hilarious, full of promoters for their either "A", hydroponic stores, "B" online seed banks. Nothing more than aplace to promote products, what a joke. If you want good shaped lights and you won;t pay the premium price for a new one, go to CraigsList or ebay. Why on earth would you pay for a new magnetic ballast light when you can get one for 80% off on CraigsList. Hell I got 3 lights last week Magnetic for 100 bucks. Cheap and they work. Even if one of them went out in a year or so I could fix the igniter for 5 bucks.

Actually I do as many people whom I know in the states ask me frequently how to do things, but eh I have only been doing this since a kid, over 30 years of growing.
