Could be but I think it was more nute burn due to the crackling sound I get when I smoke.
Could be nute burn because you've applied too much potassium and locked out calcium and magnesium. Because those spots on your leaves friend are the tell tale signs of calcium deficiency if I ever saw em. Grow organic and you wouldn't have these issues.

Thanks for the tips. I will definitely check out your guide and video. I actually thought I was growing organic.... I also later discovered my water PH to be way too high.

My water at the tap is around 10-11 and if I filter it I can get it down to 7 takes a while to get gallons of it tho.
I know that struggle. My tap comes out at 9. Run it through filter to get it to about 6.8 but it takes a while. The bites aren't bad. I'm on my 2nd grow with them. Harvesting either the end of this week or beginning of next. Im at 48 days since flowers showed. I did 12/12 from sprout and am pleasantly surprised by how much she grew. Definitely more yield than my first. But it was my first and mistakes were made. The smoke was great though. Just random badgered that hermied on me. Only the lower bud sites so wasn't to upset. That's what I'm growing now. Seeds from it. Oh and I'm only using CFLs. I have 8 23watt bulbs I built a reflector for. Can't decide if I want to drop money on a light or tent first. Tough decisions lol

I bought a 400 watt HPS/MH system first and will get my tent later this year. I want to get one big enough to have separate stages of growth. This was my 3rd grow and second from seed. First 2 went OK and got some nice results. I'm attempting a LST grow on both a single sativa and a single indica to try an increase yields.

Crackling is more likely caused by improper dry and cure. Hay smell also. You may have jarred to early. Do you have a hygrometer? A good digital one like a Caliber. They're Invaluable

I do not have a meter, the buds felt dry when I jared them but a day after jar they were back very moist. I took them out for about 20-30 minutes each day until they felt dry. Thanks for the tips.
