Where can i find the most recent laws for growing?

I have been growing a shit ton of plants like around 350-500 seedlings. I hate the fucking area I live in so i thought i would make it better by riddeling it with weed plants
it's just a bunch of shwag seed so im not gonna care for them at all, i'll probly look at the end of the season to see if any survived.
I'm not too worried about getting caught at that though.
i'm more worried about the 60 super silver haze i have well hidden, BUT there are mother fuckin drug helicopters everywhere. I also thought of putting them on Amish land(apartently they can grow weed).

Still freaked out about getting caught.
WHERE CAN I FIND THE LAWS ON THIS SHIT, I WANT TO SEE THE WRITTEN LAWS, WHERE THE FUCK CAN I FIND THEM(THE ACTUAL LAW)
