Where can all the water go?

When i was watering i was putting a 16" plastic bottom for the water to drain into.

This is becoming a major pain! One of them cracked and let the water out trying to move and when i want to empty them it takes time.

Anyone know a good solution to this or something i can build that theycan sit on for easy watering and getting rid of the water?

A white tray covering your floor space. you could even put a drain on the bottom and elevate it so you can drain it, using a bucket under it, without moving plants.. Wallmart and Home Depot..
