despite their mental state, driving itself should not be the issue. If they are a new driver, if they had booze, doesnt matter in reality until they do something else, like hit somebody. just because things like that exist does not give cops the right to force babysitting on the rest of the independent public. When a cop is sitting somewhere he controls lets say a slice lets say one billionth of the planet. when people go past this slice they fly right. good. when they are not in his slice they do whatever they do, 99.9 billionths of the time. like i said i think 3 times already, give him a ticket when hes safely going 90 by himself on the road. then watch as he kills your babies going 40 some where else on the way home for some other reason. the point is it is rediculous to think you can control what life is going to do. anything can happen anytime for any reason. they may like to say they are doing a good thing(which they are not) but, cops are powerless to affect what life is doing, as is any human on an earth, and in the meantime they just bother people like me. running my plate and tailing me all the time. im bitching about the money they waste, them themselves, and the environmental damage they contribute to. they arent "green" anyone who wants the job of fucking with the public, is exactly the person who should not get the job. only regular people who would not take that job are even fit to do it... so cops should not exist and society should determine more personally what is acceptible and what is not in individual situations. as soon as you give the right to punish to a 3rd party who doesnt individually know the person being punished, its a sign that the system is scary and way to big for its own good. if there is too many people for this to work, than there are to many people. somebody should have not let so many retarded wangsters get ass
