When to water?

I just finished with the paper towel method to germinate my seeds and got the little white tips to crack. I just placed them in some starter soil! Do I water the soil while I'm waiting for the seeds to sprout or wait till they sprout then water?

PH your water to neutral (7 ish) & keep the soil on the moist side - not wet. Get a moisture meter, that will help.
