When to transplant

Was just curious as to when the proper time of transplantation should occur. Any help would be appreciated. Think I will start a grow journal pretty soon...I am using solo cups right now an they are about 3 inches tall (plants).

I like to start and finish in the SAME container.. Maybe I lie this method because I alos like to keep my veg period about 14-16 days...

You can transplant now... I am guessing you have 2-4 nodes?
