When to start flowering White Widow.

Hey guys. First time grower here. I'm growing 10 white widow plants in soil. These are feminized seeds from Amsterdammarijuanaseeds.com. The plants are in pots with an 8inch diameter at the top. Im really not sure how many gallons the pot is. It doesnt say. My guess would be 2 or 3. From what I've read, 4 weeks veg and 8 weeks flowering is pretty standard. Im using 1000watt MH bulb, and have a HPS bulb to switch to when I start flowering. My current veg. light cycle is 18/6. I sprouted the seeds for 3 days in a paper towel before planting them. Plants are 25days old from planting them and putting light on them. Ive read where people talk about waiting until their WW is 15-18 inches tall before switching to flowering. My plants right now are about 8-9 inches tall. Should I go ahead and switch to flowering in a few days as I reach the 28 day point, or should I wait for a period of time before doing so? If so, how much longer? Should I wait until plants are a certain hight. I dont have a camera working right now, but plants look very healthy. I am growing them in a corner of my laundry room. It is a 3 foot by 3 foot section with three walls and the forth side is open. Pretty much like a closet without its door. If space becomes an issue and can move them and let them take up as much of my laundry room as needed. I just have them where they are right now because they fit well. Any help would be greatly appriciated.

:-P I use the scrog method and i have my screen set at 4ft and they reach about 5.5 ft when done. ur plants that are 8-9 inches tall could produce ALOT more if you tie them down for a while and let them get a bit bigger perhaps 2ft. by the way i have been growing nothing but white widow and queen and get about 1 gram per watt of finished meds so dont rush them in the veg if you can help it.
