When to put my seedlings in hydro system

Hey,

I was wondering when should I put my seedling, which was hatched in rockwool into my eb and flow hydro system (and into 4" rockwool. Also what ppm should I stay at.

I read what widow maker wrote and was wondering if everyone agreed with 100-250ppm for first 10 days?
