when to pick plants?

Hello, I'm wondering when is the best time to pick plants. This Sunday will make it 8 weeks. Not many of whites hairs are brown yet and was wondering what I should look for to know optimal time to pick. Plants are indica strand. Any input is appreciated. TY

The ideal way is to get at least a 30x scope, a 100x works even better. As a general guideline you want to harvest when the trichomes are 1/2 amber 1/2 clear. It varies by strain. The more amber the trichomes the more of a 'couch lock' high, the clearer they are the more of a head high it is.
