When to harvest ? ! need advice guys ! thanks

Hi guys , i have 3 Auto Biodiesel growing , they have now 54 days old , since they sprouted ! but the last 8 , 9 days . i haven't seen much fattening of the buds !
I just bought a 60X - 100X Scope to watch the trichomes , its a little hard to get the focus i dont know if i bought the right scope but anyway , when i do get focus i can see very cleary but i can barely move a milimeter i lose focus! dunno if its normal cause its my first time! But the parts i can see the trichomes on the buds , they are all translucid and some more milky , but none of them ar amber ! exect some pistils !
Is it normal that they stoped fattening ? will they fatten up more ? or now is just wait until the trichomes start getting amber and harvest it ?

speaking of quick awnser thanks Growindad , but what is a suger leaf ? its the small leafs that come out of the buds ? and should i stop feeding her already ? i have a Light mix soil ! I'm watering with the blumat sensor system , i have 1/4 dosage nuts on my tank , so im "feeding" every watering!

Plants look nice! I would say about one more week too. I don't know much from experience but you may want to leach the soil and let it dry up a day or so before harvest. I think it helps clean the plant of the starches and chemicals. It also cuts down on dry time if you don't chop em when they are full of water.

I just got a 60-100X scope also. My 10X is not enough power. The new one is hard to use for viewing because the focus issue. Its good for looking at the trichs on leaves I pull off but I may get a 30X loop for observing the plants easier.

got one of these recently, 40x w/LED Loupe, works nicely for me.

I guys , sorry to bother you again , but i have another question , i have been adviced , to wait until the fan leaves start to yellow and then flush , and that i probably had more 3 weeks to go on my plants ! The thing is , when i watch a cut of a sugar leaf , i see already some amber trichms , most of them r cloudy , and very few translucid ! Should i already start flushing ?
I Still have some pistils out of the calyx that are white , seems to my newbie eye new growth.. but some pistils are already orange , is that normal ? Should i wait more ? or should i start flushing already and harvest next 10 days more or less ?
