When to flower?

Hi, i was hoping to get some input from experienced growers about this set up.

I have a set up that is intended for more plants than i have currently. Its an 8'x4'x7'tall grow tent with 2 600W Lights and I only have 4 plants this time, my first time by the way.

So i want to get as much as i can and was thinking maybe i could shine the lights at more of an angle than i would if i was covering the whole floor of the tent with plants, like i intend to do next time.

Here is what the big older plant looks like now:






And then there are 3 of these:



this one is probably 18" tall now. I was thinking i could grow them a couple more weeks but only if it would be productive. Otherwise id swich them over now, depending on what you all think

So what would you do to get the best harvest on this go around? I am planning on getting the next round of plants going outside the tent and having them ready to flower when these 4 plants are done, or hopefully before.
Do you think it is worth it to have both lights on? I have been doing both for the last couple weeks more as a test run for the cooling etc than anything.
I hope i didnt leave out relevant info, tried to keep it simple.
Also any other criticisms of my set up or whatever are appreciated, i can take it.

Overall, I think the grow setup looks good, not what I would do, but it seems to be working well for you.

Nice and green, huh.

You can veg between four and eight weeks and get some great results, so you probably want to do that. And then you can flower for a few weeks more once you start adding more dark time to the grow room.

Overall, i think you're doing just fine.

I would add a whole bunch of light to the grow since that can cause the temps to jump, which is going to cause even more troubles than you want in your grow room.

Keep things moderate or else you might wind up with the plants growing really quickly, then toppling over. NO good at all.
