When to Flower?

Ive got two bagseed plants goin rite now and one of them is at 2 feet at 1 month and a week

What is the indication that you should start flowering, is it maturity(sex showing) or height?

you can start flowering when ever you switch to 12/12, i would flower now if they are 2 feet, plants can double or tripple in size in the flowering stage

So when I do flower is 40 watts of floros enuff cuz thas all me and mi amigo got

get as many fluoros as you can get, put atleast one ontop of each plant and put a couple on the sides of the plants so lower bud sites can get enought light, you will deffinatly make more than your $ back from buying a few more lights
