When to chop

Hey all, im growing big bud strain from seed, and it has been flowering for about 2 months, maybe more - i lost track of time...

Its in a pot, growing outdoors in Aust.

Been looking to harvest but not sure about the tri chromes...

Any suggestions on how much longer i need?

That looks like it still has a way to go. I'm seeing quite a few white pistils. How many watts are you flowering under?

Growing outdoor in a pot... Probably 8 ltr pot..

Its about 1m high....

Been about 1.5 - 2months under 12hr cycle naturally outdoors..

Strain said 9 weeks flowering, so that should be around this week/ next week..

i agree with the other poster, still got a good bit of time left on it, a good couple, 3 weeks at least imvho.. like he said, still has a lot of white pistls that haven't receded back into the bud yet, which is a big indicator that it's not quite ready.. once all the hairs have rededed, you'll notice the calyx will start to swell a good bit, then you can start looking at the trics..
fwiw, breeder's flowering times are usually an estimate at best, and ime, i've pretty much never had a strain that finished in the time period a breeder will say.. also, those times are more so for an indoor grow, in more controlled environments..

they look great though, nice and frosty, don't rush it and chop early, huge mistake..

Yeh it looks good and cant wait to try it, but dont wanna chop early...

I thought i saw milky tri chromes n thought it's almost ready, but there are still some white hairs...
