When should I start flowering

Hey guys, doing my first grow and I wanted to ask, how much longer should I wait before I will start flowering the plant
My setup is ->
PC grow box size 55 x 50 x 25
3 CFL bulbs 2 of them are 18w and 1 of them is 23w, all three of them are warm white colour
2x PC fans 12w
I heard some opinions already, but want to hear a little bit more, maybe some one will speak from experience

Maybe the first week under 24/0, but i deff agree with that assessment.

Hey Leonir, I would veg for 3 or 4 weeks but also top them after the 4th set of branches and then lst them, I have seen 12/12 from seed and it works fine but in my experience I had a better yield with veg`ing first, I would recommend that you take both plants out of the pots and re-pot, when doing this only pot them half way down the new pot so the roots are not at the bottom, but also to 1 side of the pot then gently bend the stem burying it to the other side of the pot upto the 1st set of leaves, if this is done you now have saved yourself 3", also now train them back to the other side of the pot as they start growing up again, then you will save another 2" in height, make sure the soil is quite dry and water only a little as you don't want the stems to rot, give it a week and water/feed as normal, eventually the buried stems will root.
