At which point can i transfer my plants under lights, they sprouted a day ago.
The temp inside the growroom is 28+C, and humidity is 50%, I tried to lower temp and up humidity but i couldn't.
When will they be strong enough to survive such conditions?
Thank,

Once they pop they can get light. What type of light you have will determine how close or far the plant needs to be from it.

i have a 250watt dual spectrum lemp, i just fear the conditions inside the grow space will stress the newborns...

what conditions in side the grow? tell us more what your concerns are and we can help, my main suggestion would be to mist a couple times a day, keep them about twice as far as you would a developed plant from the light, and maybe turn down your fans just a little so they arent head bangin in the wind

Well, it's 80cmX80cmX180cm grow tent, 1 dual spectrum 250watt Sunmaster bulb, 2x4" air circulation fan.
The temp inside the tent stands 34C and himidity stands at 45%.
I fear the plants will be stressed from those conditions.

sprouts need very little light for the first few weeks. I would give them a week or so before adding your HID. I like to use a small flour, cfl or tube. for the first two weeks.

not sure how hot a 250 is but what id with my 400w MH is put it about 24" or about 61cm from the pots, i plant directly in the big soil pot, with a couple inches of space and seran wrap with holes in it until they reach the seran wrap, then i mist them every chance i get for a while, definatley leave the door open on that tent if you start with the HID

I do have an exhaust fan, but it's small. I put just under the lamp. Is there a way to cool the growing area without having to buy stuff?

thnx, and one last thing, i read that you shouldn't mist when lights are on so i turn off the light when i mist, and the question here is will the repeated light change affect the plant? will they go in stress from something like this?
