When LST Training, How Long Until New Growth Happens?

Hello all,

I am trying to do LST for the first time on my plants that are on day 13 of flowering. I was wondering about how long is it going to take before I get new branches and can untie my branches?

Thanks.

some people here know more than me about it but Ive used LST once and i started it when they were vegging while the stem is easily bent without causing damage and to keep the plant small. unless you dont have the room i would not even lst them and just let them grow normally. you got any pics of the plants would help to answer your ?

Well if you did it technically correctly (there is really no 100% right, and 100% wrong way) and tied the MAIN growing tip under, or lower than the rest of the branches, you should start to see the side shoots grow up within a week tops...

Example:

The first 2 pix were taken on 02/27/2010, the day of, or the day before training.

The next two pix, of the exact same plants, were taken on 03/05/2010, just 6 days later.

I hope this has helped a bit.

You probably don't wanna start lst during flowering I did that once and it was a huge mistake. It delayed the plant by three weeks creating a dreadful nine week flower period. I start right when there rooted and in the veg room and you should see a ton of growth by the next day.
