the bill in question is AB 390 to legalize marijuana in the state of cali for recreational use. i recently checked the ca legislative web site and its says the bill may be brought before the senate floor on the 26th of march go to http://www.legislature.ca.gov/port-bilinfo.html type in ab 390 and give it a read it was written very carefully and man oh man i hope it passes

WOW, but it doesn't have a chance, entirely too logical.
