When doing LST when is it safe to transplant?

Sup guys. Quick question. I'm currently 36 Days into veg for my 1st grow. So for a little extra practice I decided to LST half my crop 2 days ago. And boy did those babies explode. Now I'm curious of when it will be safe to transplant them so I can give them more room to stretch. They are in 1 gal pots at the moment and I want to place them into 5 gal pots. I'm thinking if I give them a week I should be good but I would like to do it tomorrow if I can. Any advice? Thanks

Oh and they were placed into the pots there in now 2 weeks if it makes a difference.

You can transplant, any time you have a healthy plant... However, the best time to TP in my opinion, is when your roots are going round and round the outside, and all the way to bottom...of your plant... If you have that now, then TP now... if not wait a bit, or you sound like you need to TP soon... Who knows if will be better to TP yesterday, or a week from Tuesday... Good Luck man!

Thanks. I'm confident they have a little room left so I might as well let them keep going for a bit then. Guess I got a little excited about putting them into better soil(from MG potting soil to RG Basement mix) but if they don't need it why add stress.

Make sure to break up that root ball don't be ruff with it just gently squeeze it to break up root mass if its root bound make sure to retie all of your branches the same and make sure to give it ten days minimum after transplanted before flowering
