When are you putting the girls outside?

I have 2 out since 3/25...but I been a outside grower for over 30 years and also grow garden stuff, corn, beans, tomatoes, and the list goes on and on...one thing you have to remember...the ground has got to warm up before anything grows good..so the rest of mine will go in next week

Last year I kept planting the whole summer. Some of the later ones were much easier to deal with. No deficiency issues like the older ones. And less time for the deer to eat their ass.

I did plant a few seeds last week. Three of my Jack Carlos Cross crosses, and Peach. Two sets of them germed at 100% {or better}, and I have already pulled them up. The CP1 X GV1 has 3 of 5 above ground. I will kill them when the other 2 come up. I did transplant 6 Peach seedlings into gallon pots and put them out in the marsh grass. I have a wet area that they will go into in a Darwin Dope patch.

Anyone put black plastic down in the cooler zones? I am looking at May 7th also as was posted above.
